Meet the Coaches

Enliven Coaches are Low Entropy-trained Support Coaches who volunteer their time to provide free coaching for everyday people. They are here to walk beside you, help you stay accountable, so you will take the next step with confidence.

Read through their profiles and fill out an interest form. Your chosen coach will receive your expression of interest and connect with you about their availability and set up a time for your first session.

Why did you choose coaching? I chose coaching because I believe everybody can benefit from being listened to and helped with finding the answers within themselves.

Why did you choose coaching? Coaching is the most effective method to gain clarity and follow through on your plans. I chose it because it is the best way to use my skills to contribute to society. Also, the positive feedback I have received from my clients encourages me to continue.

Why did you choose coaching? As a student of Psychology and Sociology, I'm constantly seeking to increase my awareness of self and society. I joined the course as a participant, to learn how to help others, and in the process learnt so much about myself! Getting trained to be a professional coach has been one of the most empowering journeys for me personally and professionally. Being there for others brings immense meaning and purpose into my life. The Beatles' song "I get by with a little help from my friends" has been a strong punchline in my life and my relationships. Now I'm excited to learn about other’s journeys and help in any way I can.

What is one of your strengths that you most admire about yourself? I'm a good listener, quite aware of my own biases/context windows, and I can bring humour into almost anything to help others breathe through tough times.

Why did you choose coaching? It gives me an opportunity to connect at an authentic level and contribute to the well-being of another person. I also enjoy learning a lot about the thinking process of the human brain. In this learning, we are able to recognize our behaviors and how we respond to situations.

Why did you choose coaching? Leo Buscaglia once said, “Too often we underestimate the power of a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.” I live by these words, both in my personal and professional life.
My professional background has been as a Sr. Project Manager, although I also have years of experience in mentoring and coaching with a few of the major Vancouver, Bc institutes. Leveraging people skills to develop and implement core growth has been a passion of mine.
