The Tri-Cities Employment For All group is dedicated to enhancing community capacity for the advancement of inclusive employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Through collaborative efforts, the group works to break down barriers and foster an inclusive job market where everyone, regardless of ability, has access to meaningful employment. By leveraging collective expertise to support employers in inclusive hiring efforts, fostering relationships with stakeholders and businesses, and increasing collaboration amongst members, the group strives to create a more inclusive and diverse workforce. Through our initiatives, we aim to promote a culture of acceptance, understanding, and equal opportunities, ultimately contributing to a more inclusive and vibrant community for all.
