Vanessa (Ness) Galeshe/her/hers
Youth Empowering Youth Program Manager
Ness is dedicated to enhancing the self-esteem, confidence, and capabilities of youth so they can achieve their goals and realize their full potential. She works with non-profit organizations to creatively and efficiently coordinate all aspects of program logistics and relationship building in order to achieve their mission and vision.
Social Media Manager
Harveer is a dedicated Social Media Manager with Low Entropy for the last 2 years. He aspires to enhance the self-esteem, mental well-being and trust of individuals by spreading the Low Entropy message. He oversees content creation, event promotion, and interaction to encourage recognition and attendance to all LE programs. Event Planning, Team Lead
Angela is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where people can come together to learn, grow and lean on one another for support. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Angela takes this passion into her day job as a youth program coordinator. Through her position at Low Entropy, she enjoys leading an amazing team that works together to put on fun and educational events for the Low Entropy Community!
Communications Project Manager
Mandy’s experience as a team lead, facilitator, and consultant, supports our organization to reach our goals of personal development and self-fulfillment. In her spare time, Mandy enjoys cooking elaborate dishes, meditating, scuba diving, and getting lost in new places in all corners of the world.
Matthew is an entrepreneur and philanthropist. Growing up shy, introverted and strugglings with self-confidence as a teen he decided to go on a never ending journey of self discovery. He is driven to empower others so that they feel their dreams are alive by giving them courage and support to live an extraordinary life.
After graduating with degrees in English and Journalism, Susie went on to work in the ad
industry for almost 30 years as a print producer. At the end of 2015, she decided to semi-retire
and take on part-time contract work for event planning. Susie developed a keen interest in volunteering with a focus on
helping people. Susie is grateful for finding the LOVE at Low Entropy and for being able to help
other volunteers find their way. In her spare time, Susie can be seen walking her dog or skiing
all the nearby slopes.
Lev brings a diverse background, coming from the former Soviet Union and Israel, he has gained a wide variety of experience, culturally as well as in his entrepreneurial adventures. To say he is an avid reader is an understatement. He is a thrill seeker and is passionate about giving.
Wellness Team Manager
Andrew immigrated to Vancouver Canada from the Philippines when he was 12 Years old. After graduating high school, he joined the Royal Canadian Airforce and served the military for 13 years. Andrew is currently finishing his degree at TWU and looking forward to the new chapter in his life. As the Wellness Team manager, he is thankful for the opportunities Low Entropy has provided as it helps him gain experience while helping others in the process.
VCB Program Coordinator
Sherisse is a professional with diverse and international experience in assurance, risk and advisory services. She is very enthusiastic about sports, going on nature trails and volunteering in the community. Sherisse is passionate about creating solutions with courage and innovation while remaining committed to serving persons’ interest with integrity and authenticity.

An Author, Language/Literacy Specialist and Media Consultant, Nickel has built a life of passion designed by giving.
She enjoys networking and empowering others through charitable foundations and events.
As an island girl from Jamaica, she also enjoys snorkelling, kayaking and vibing to the sound of Reggae music.
Mako is an international student from Japan. She realized how important personal development was when she faced her future potential in Japan; this influenced her to come to Canada. She likes touching "English" through talking with friends, reading books, and watching movies.
