Noemi's line of work has always been connecting with people. Most of her professional life has been with the federal government where she held various positions in the areas of administration, project management and enforcement. Having gained these wealth of experience, she has made a decision to change career path to pursue her passion - helping people!. Noemi is excited and grateful to be a part of the Low Entropy team, an organization with like-minded people that believes that each person is capable of doing great things!

Natasha is a proud mother of 3, she found her calling at a young age and has worked in her field for over 15 years.
Natasha is a seasoned professional with a well-established background in Social Work.
She has coupled her own personal life experience with her professional education to become an expert in her domain.
Natasha specializes in community outreach including, addictions, mental health, child & youth, homelessness prevention and rehabilitation.
She has been an advocate for the vulnerable sector, bringing compassion, empathy and kindness to the hopeless. As well as spreading love and awareness throughout the community.
Thrift & Fund Manager
Olga is a Thrift and Fund store manager with years of customer service and sales experience. As a Human Resources and Business Management graduate she is passionate in talent management and strategic business practices. Olga is also a dedicated mother who loves spending time in nature.
Rick Liu is a Certified General Accountant (CPA, CGA) with a demonstrated history of working in non-profit and private sectors. Rick joined Low Entropy Foundation in June 2022. In his current role as Accountant, Rick provides budgeting and financial administration support for the organization, while managing the day to day financial requirements from both external and internal stakeholders.
Volunteer HR Manager
Victoria is passionate about personal development, personal growth and learning development. She has a Diploma & Certificate in Human Resources Management. As a HR Manager, she likes to help/guide others to reach their full potential and career goals in this industry by working alongside the Executive team creating strategic objectives and avenues for the department. She believes investing in others, providing learning opportunities and education are the most rewarding aspects in life. It’s a full circle! It benefits everyone in every way whether it is for personal growth, career growth or for oneself. Watching people grow is AMAZING!
After studying journalism at Western University, Simon worked as a reporter before turning his attention to law and non-profits. He has been lucky enough to blend these interests into a career involving non-profit program co-ordination, advocacy and volunteering.
Mandy’s experience as a team lead, facilitator, and consultant, supports our organization to reach our goals of personal development and self-fulfillment. In her spare time, Mandy enjoys cooking elaborate dishes, meditating, scuba diving, and getting lost in new places in all corners of the world.
