Having gained these wealth of experience, she has made a decision to change career path to pursue her passion - helping people!. Noëll loves all things fashion and beauty! Her studies were in economics and computer science, but what she really likes to geek out over is thrifting. Above all, she’s committed to building a kinder, more sustainable future - one where abolition and socialism take center stage.
CARE Program Manager
Taj is passionate about creating initiatives that make a tangible impact in the community. He has worked as a paramedic with BCEHS for several years and has brought those skills and experiences to the social impact sector. He began with Low Entropy as a volunteer and quickly transitioned into leadership roles. He has now found his place managing 'The C.A.R.E. Food Hamper Program' with us to promote his ultimate goal of destigmatizing mental health and spreading kindness.

Cathy Cena is a Managing Partner at FDT Academy, an Entrepreneur, a People Connector, a MOM, Wife and a Media Personality, who loves Life!
Cathy lives in Port Moody where she resides with her husband, David. She is an active community member and an advocate and has established a great reputation among her peers and colleagues. She currently works alongside her son, Frankie, and daughter, Tonya as they run their family business “FDT Academy Inc.,” where they focus on teaching hundreds of students the art of Debate and Public Speaking. In her spare time, she created “Catching up with Cathy,” a radio show, The Chat TV, a women-led talk show, and she is the Past President of Port Moody's Arts Center and the President, the Optimists Club of Coquitlam. As busy as she always is; she loves it when a connection is made between companies and people. Recently she created ConnectHer, networking solutions for women.
Some call her the “People Connector.” She has always had a passion for politics and feels more women are needed to participate in politics and policymaking and more gender equality is necessary. She believes in always looking forward and pushing through her comfort zone to achieve more.

Rick Liu is a Certified General Accountant (CPA, CGA) with a demonstrated history of working in non-profit and private sectors. Rick joined Low Entropy Foundation in June 2022. In his current role as Accountant, Rick provides budgeting and financial administration support for the organization, while managing the day to day financial requirements from both external and internal stakeholders.
Volunteer HR Manager
Victoria is passionate about personal development, personal growth and learning development. She has a Diploma & Certificate in Human Resources Management. As a HR Manager, she likes to help/guide others to reach their full potential and career goals in this industry by working alongside the Executive team creating strategic objectives and avenues for the department. She believes investing in others, providing learning opportunities and education are the most rewarding aspects in life. It’s a full circle! It benefits everyone in every way whether it is for personal growth, career growth or for oneself. Watching people grow is AMAZING!
After studying journalism at Western University, Simon worked as a reporter before turning his attention to law and non-profits. He has been lucky enough to blend these interests into a career involving non-profit program co-ordination, advocacy and volunteering.
Mandy’s experience as a team lead, facilitator, and consultant, supports our organization to reach our goals of personal development and self-fulfillment. In her spare time, Mandy enjoys cooking elaborate dishes, meditating, scuba diving, and getting lost in new places in all corners of the world.
