Noemi's line of work has always been connecting with people. Most of her professional life has been with the federal government where she held various positions in the areas of administration, project management and enforcement. Having gained these wealth of experience, she has made a decision to change career path to pursue her passion - helping people!. Noemi is excited and grateful to be a part of the Low Entropy team, an organization with like-minded people that believes that each person is capable of doing great things!

d'Artagnan Newton

Director of Strategic Partnerships & Initiatives

d’Art has dedicated his career to empowering Indigenous communities by building capacity and advancing economic development. He leverages over 25 years of experience, both here in Canada and also in Australia in fostering collaboration, cultural integrity, and sustainable growth across various sectors. His work has consistently prioritized the values, aspirations, and self-determination of Indigenous peoples, helping communities shape their own futures, and d'Art is now excited to use his skills to advance the cause of Low Entropy.

Rick Liu

Accountant

Rick Liu is a Certified General Accountant (CPA, CGA) with a demonstrated history of working in non-profit and private sectors. Rick joined Low Entropy Foundation in June 2022. In his current role as Accountant, Rick provides budgeting and financial administration support for the organization, while managing the day to day financial requirements from both external and internal stakeholders.

After studying journalism at Western University, Simon worked as a reporter before turning his attention to law and non-profits. He has been lucky enough to blend these interests into a career involving non-profit program co-ordination, advocacy and volunteering.

Mandy Cummings

Mandy’s experience as a team lead, facilitator, and consultant, supports our organization to reach our goals of personal development and self-fulfillment. In her spare time, Mandy enjoys cooking elaborate dishes, meditating, scuba diving, and getting lost in new places in all corners of the world.

Renae Spagnoletti

I'm originally from Australia with an Italian and Scottish background. I have a bachelor degree in psychology with a minor in social work.
I've been a successful manager for over ten years with proven results, have a flair for merchandising and creating an organised, well run, inclusive and positive work environment for staff and volunteers.
I love finding treasures at thrift stores and antique markets. I enjoy photography, astrology, gardening, the beach and a good coffee.
Also enjoy watching and attending wrestling events such as WWE & AEW and am forever stuck in the 90s and 2000s! :)

I have always wanted to be able to help others, to make a difference and better the lives of others, so I am extremely grateful to be in a position where I can make a difference and somewhere that my genuine care and compassion for others is part of my job.

Taylor is a psychology student that spent time with Low Entropy as a practicum student in the CARE program. Having worked with people from all walks of life from past experiences, he treats everyone with compassion and care and seeks ways to give back to the community he grew up in.

Women Rising Program Assistant

Tarryn collaborates with the Women Rising program and is renowned for her knack for recognizing the best in everyone, offering encouragement as they navigate their journeys. Driven by her passion for aiding others in their self-discovery and personal growth, Tarryn is dedicated to empowering individuals to realize their true potential and lead fulfilling lives. In addition to her professional endeavors, Tarryn has cultivated a love for treasure hunting—particularly the gems she finds at local thrift stores—and is currently venturing into the world of sailing.
